How to score maximum marks in mathematics in JEE Main?

If you are a JEE aspirant and want to score good marks in Maths for JEE Main, follow the below tips:

  • Thoroughly study all the chapters of XI and XII.
  •   Make a Formula Book.{Practice at least 10 formulae referring some topics daily}
  •     Prepare a book for Shortcut Formulae
  •      Make a chart of values of trigonometric ratios for different angles [0° to 360° and also, for the angles 18°,36° and 72°.
  •   Draw the Graphs of different curve e.g. Trigonometric function, conic sections and step functions
  • Divide the syllabus into the following sections:

a. Algebra 
b. 2-DGeometry
c. Vector, 3D Geo., Line and plane
d.  Trigonometry
e. Calculus
f. Statistic and probability.

  •  At least Solve 20 previous year question papers before Main Examination.

  •  Solve daily at least 10 MCQs from reputed JEE books. Daily 10 problems mean 300 MCQs in 1-month and 6000 MCQs in 20month.
  • In examination, there are 25 MCQs for Math’s thus for that 1MCQ you are solving 200MCQs
  • Attempt correctly 15 to 20 MCQs for Maths and if the same thing happens for Physics and Chemistry then Definitely you will get 97+ Percentile.
